PAYMENT
Laurence Chandler Fine Art accepts PayPal, Credit Card and USPS Money Orders (USD only).
SHIPPING
Laurence Chandler Fine Art currently ships to domestic U.S. addresses. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to purchase an item, email your name and address to the artist Laurence Chandler (we will contact you about costs -- shipping fees, taxes, etc). Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS. We ship only to street addresses. IMPORTANT: Orders will NOT be shipped until payments have been received and cleared.  When your order ships, you  will be sent confirmation including a tracking number.  Shipped items are insured and  require signature. While we have found USPS and UPS to be reliable, trackable and cost-effective shipping providers, we sadly cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Laurence Chandler Fine Art only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you need overnight shipping, email us for arrangements. (Overnight shipping will be extra -- it will depend on the express method you choose.) Shipped items will not feature prices, however, invoices are included in the package. If you are sending a gift and would like to have the invoice omitted or a note included, please request when placing your order.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Laurence Chandler Fine Art provides quality, artisanal products. We make every attempt to capture accurate, detailed pictures from various angles to give you as much information about an item as possible. And, we provide complete information about each item in the descriptions. WE GENERALLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. BUT, PLEASE CONTACT US IF SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG IN YOUR EXPERIENCE, AND MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET IT RIGHT. Refunds or exchanges will NOT be provided for Special or Custom Orders, or custom and sale items.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us, as follows: From the time you receive your original art piece, you have three  (3) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition. We require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned, and returns must be shipped via a traceable method i.e., tracking number and original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.  Once the piece safely returns, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order within 10-14  business days. Laurence Chandler Fine Art  is not responsible for undelivered returns. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. Please note that these fees may possibly be 

avoided if you inform the courier that the item is a return—though we can’t guarantee this.


DAMAGED ARTWORK: Step 1 – Immediately, please call 301-794-8480 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday through Saturday or email the ARTIST with your order information. Step 2 - Save original packaging. Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email photos to the ARTISTStep 4 - Laurence Chandler Fine Art will contact you to discuss next steps.
